Fashioned in polymer clay using a technique called mokume gane shapes are pushed into a multi color layered block of clay then thinly sliced off to reveal all the colors used. Each slice is different and unique and even though this little lady has a sister, they are absolutely NOT twins!
Hand sanded and polished to a high shine the surface is very tactile and soothing to touch. The finish is permanent and natural to the clay with no artificial coatings. Truly a different sensation from commercial jewelry.
Incorporating a metal ring and clay and copper charms this stunning pendant has been suspended from a mixed link copper chain finished with a copper toggle clasp. The back is stamped with the artists mark making this a distinctive work of art.
The 27″ chain allows this to hand mid chest with the pendant below at 3 3/4″ long and 1″ wide. I am happy to shorten the chain for you if you note this at time of purchase.
