While Common Grounds Property Management is only 1 year old, its roots go far deeper. The owner, Bob Dann has been in the industry 30 years, operating in various positions throughout that time period. From a trimmer, to machine operator, to sales, to Operations manager, and now owner. It’s a local, family owned business that employs Bob’s Wife Michelle (Co-Owner), son Dustin (Operations Manager), and daughter Marissa (Office manager / HR specialist). We’ve assembled a team of the best landscapers as part of this family, all in an effort to provide you with the best experience, from time of service, to amazing customer service during your time with us
