Ruach Life Center Liberia Food Pantry
Our support will help these students not only keep attending school at Ruach Life Center, but also be able to receive food. Most students arrive to school hungry, and the only meal they receive is at the school. Through your sponsorship you will ensure that they will continue to receive food while they attend school. Through the food pantry, we hope to send every student home each weekend with a backpack of food for them and their families.
Acts of Wisdom
Messiah has partnered with Acts of Wisdom to help bring quality educational materials to children in the rural areas of Ethiopia. Many of these children live in some of the same areas that now have clean drinking water, helping to alleviate two of the top factors in the cycle of poverty.
Lutheran World Relief
Because we are a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Messiah also partners with Lutheran World Relief and aids in any way that we can from providing school backpacks to children in other countries, to makeing quilts and sending them to those in need, to helping in the midst of a natural disaster. Water to Thrive
Messiah has sponsored five water wells through Water to Thrive and we continue to work with the villagers of those areas in Ethiopia. Many are receiving clean water for the very first time.
