Welcome to High School Ministry
SUNDAY MORNINGS
KidsKonnect Happens During 8:30 am and 10:15 am Worships
We are excited to have you join us for KidsKonnect, our Sunday morning experience for students ages 3 years old-5th grade (Middle School and High School students are invited to be helpers). Students will begin in worship with their families and then during the Hymn of Praise, students will be invited to come with us over to the fellowship hall for music, story, hands on experiences and prayer. This will all happen during both worships. We hope your family will come and experience this new fun-filled time.

first Sunday of every month from 5-7 pm.
Milestones: High School Blanket Blessing
Graduating from High School is a very important time in a student’s life. It is a huge accomplishment that we like to celebrate with the families. Our last milestone we do is High School Blanket Blessing. We give each graduating senior a blanket with Messiah’s logo and their name on it. During a worship service in May, we invite Parents and students to come forward and they take turns blessing each other. The blanket is a symbol to remind the students that their parents love, the love from Messiah and God’s love goes with them wherever they go.

Join us for 1, 2 or 3 weeks of Summer Fun!
Serve as Camp Hope Staff during the our 3 week summer camp. Camp Hope is our three week day camp for children who have completed Kindergarten through 6th grade. It is an adult-mentored, student led ministry. Each day children will hear a new bible story, learn what it means to their life by eating a snack, playing a game, and experiencing the story through the arts, STEM and worship. Applications are due by the last Sunday in February.

Service
The youth are also encouraged to volunteer in all areas of ministry here at Messiah. Some of the places they like to volunteer at are: KidsKonnect, Journey to the Cross, Worship Assistants, Sacred Edge (our contemporary band), and Night in Bethlehem. They can also apply to work as staff for Camp Hope, Messiah’s 3-week day camp, during the summer. They are also encouraged to sign-up for retreats and the summer mission trip.
