This page outlines the terms and conditions under which we supply any products listed on our Dyslexia Globe website(s). Please read these terms carefully before ordering any products. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Availability and Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receipt, with delivery typically within 2 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within Canada and its provinces. Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days. As we rely on third-party delivery services, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Should your order not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons.
If a product is out of stock, you will not be able to complete the purchase online.
You can estimate shipping costs by adding products to your basket, selecting the country and postal code for delivery, and clicking the “ESTIMATE” button. Additional options will be available during the payment process.
Tracking Your Delivery: Tracking details will be provided on the packing slip if you’d like to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Guarantee – Canada
All products are sold with a 6-month guarantee, starting from the date you receive the goods, regardless of the method of purchase.
“Like New” products are sold with a 3-month guarantee, starting from the date of receipt.
Returns
We always aim for your satisfaction with your purchase. If, however, you are not happy with your product(s), below are the options for returning or exchanging them.
All returns must follow our *Returns Procedure and be completed within 28 calendar days of receiving notification of the return.
Trial Products:
If you received a product as part of our trial scheme and wish to return it, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. Following our *Returns Procedure, you will be responsible for the return, including bearing all return shipping costs.
Products Not Required:
We will gladly refund or exchange products you no longer need, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and return it in as-new condition with undamaged packaging and contents.
If the returned product or packaging does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 25% of the original price from the refund.
When purchasing online or by phone, Canadian consumer rights allow you to notify us within 7 working days of receiving the item if you wish to return it. In this case, we will refund the product cost and the original delivery charge within 30 days (excluding any additional services provided with your purchase).
In all returns, please email us with a reason for the return, and we will process the request accordingly.
Faulty Products – Canada
If your product is faulty, notify us within 25 calendar days of receiving the product and provide details of the fault. We will attempt to resolve the issue without needing to collect the product. If necessary, follow our *Returns Procedure, and we will arrange for the product to be collected from the original delivery address. Once collected and tested, we will process a refund according to our **Refund Policy.
Please note: battery issues are excluded from this policy.
Returns Procedure
You must retain possession of the goods and ensure they are kept in the same condition as when delivered, until they are either collected by us or delivered back to us.
Customers are responsible for the goods until we receive and sign for them at our premises.
