Testimonials
“Christine is an incredible facilitator, and ones of the staunchest Indigenous Allies I know of. She is able to go deep and get to the root of complex systems and places most people shy away from. Her drive and determination, held together with a generosity of spirit and open heart, make her a force of conscious change. I would have no reservation in recommending her work.” Bradley Shende Founding Partner, Indigenext
“Christine is a strong Ally and a co-facilitator with whom I have worked for the last 4 years. It is rare to come across a white facilitator who can work authentically and be in synchronicity with an experienced racialized facilitator. She has done deep work on her race privilege and is creative, funny, open, compassionate and dives deep into equity work. She is especially gifted with embodiment coaching which transcends all boundaries.” Priti Gami Shah Drishti Consulting, Past President, Canadian Research Institute for the Advancement of Women.
I was fortunate to receive professional development training co-facilitated and designed by Christine called Limitless: Allyship Continuum to Collaboration. Christine’s coaching tools were transformational. Her knowledge, lived experience, creative approach and clarity were thoroughly engaging. Christine turned a weighty topic into something extraordinarily engaging and accessible for the room. In attendance was an extremely diverse group of learners, with multiple cultural experiences and vastly different organizational backgrounds, yet Christine adeptly facilitated the varying knowledge levels. The entire series have been some of the best professional development teachings I have ever received. I look forward to working with her again!

“Christine Spinder is a master practitioner crafting beautiful ways forward in these challenging times. She is both visionary and grounded, an all too rare combination. Scratch and you will find more treasures, from her stunning intuition, brilliant innovative strategy, and collaboration-heightening facilitation, to her national spokesperson fluency, iconic textile art and passionate sharing from her decades of somatic embodiment cultivation. Christine lives out loud, and she is dedicated to supporting emergence of what’s best in us, individually and collectively.” Kate Sutherland, Co-Founding Partner, Emerge Collab
“Field Shift shone a light on the invisible elements of group work that are often felt but not explored. Christine brings deep experience and skill in facilitation, and provides a space for everyone to speak to and experience the unexplainable. This work has encouraged me to expand my senses in service of better dialogue and inclusive outcomes.” Virginia Cullen, CAO Municipality of Whistler
“I’ve attended hundreds of diversity workshops. Christine’s was different. I felt the shifts as they happened inside me. It was physical, something I hadn’t tapped into before, a conscious awareness. And it feels great, more real and so much more clear.” Kelly Markus
