From\u00a0The Restoring Collective\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Peace Circle Trainings,<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week,<\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0Realising UNDRIP Initiative<\/a>\u00a0and numerous Sovereignty collaborators, I have worked in active Allyship for over 25 years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The invitation is on\u00a0<\/strong>for Allies of every background to learn, embody, and take action with Indigenous partners, to heal the ongoing damage of colonization culture.<\/p>

As a Facilitator with Indigenous partners, I uphold Indigenous ways of being to create impactful retreats and strategies.\u00a0<\/strong>Taught to me by my many Indigenous Elders, friends, collaborators and mentors, the principles of action enable earthwise, holistic, relational, inclusive, accountable, systemic and inclusive development.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

As an Ally Coach, I help potential Allies work\u00a0<\/strong>with their inner narratives, implicit privileges, their embodied capacity for equity, shift their beliefs of what is possible, and reconnect with their own Indigeneity, to catalyse collaborative Indigenous ways of growth and equity.

<\/strong>Indigenous ways of being and leading create harmony, belonging, purpose,\u00a0sustainability and equity<\/strong>. Evolved over millenia, they are made of concrete tools that can help transform our operating systems with visionary, systemic, accountable, inclusive and sustainable actions.
