How I got here
I’ve always felt different—sensitive, intuitive, tuned into something deeper. But growing up, those gifts were misunderstood. From an early age, I had dreams and psychic encounters I couldn’t explain. My family didn’t get it, and some feared it. It left me feeling like an outsider.
Then, at 17, I had a near-death experience that changed everything.
A severe allergic reaction to medication landed me in the hospital for two weeks. My body was pushed to its limits, and while I hovered on the edge, a deep peace washed over me. I felt the presence of Source, yet my journey wasn’t over. I was sent back to a body that bore the scars of trauma but also carried the potential for profound healing. Through the fog, pain, and fear, I felt energy healing me. Whispering that I would live. And I did heal. Rapidly. The doctors didn’t know what to make of it.
That experience left me with questions that no one around me could answer.
Why was I still here? What was I here to do? It led me on a path of spiritual exploration.
A teacher told me: “You have the heart of a healer.”
That started my journey. Reiki came naturally. The channel was open.
Along the way, I met powerful teachers—and others who caused real harm.
Narcissistic mentors. Out of control egos. People who wanted followers, not students. These experiences nearly derailed me. But something deeper kept pulling me back—my own connection to Source. A voice that reminded me I was enough. That truth was always available when I listened.
So I did what many of my clients have had to do: I stopped searching outside myself, and started healing inward.
I self-studied. I cleared trauma. I worked through the wounds left to me by ancestors, family, childhood, bad teachers and broken systems. And I found my own way to peel back the layers of shadows and stories that were not mine, to reconnect with my soul that had been buried underneath. That has allowed my gifts to come forward, and that is the same process I now offer my clients.
What I Believe
You’re not here to be small.
You’re powerful—and your soul is pulling you to embody that power.
But when you’re carrying stories about what it means to be “good,” to stay safe, to be loved—you disconnect from that power. You get stuck in the programming of your lineage, your culture, your past lives.
Awakening isn’t always beautiful. Sometimes it’s messy and dark. Self-doubt creeps in. Everything falls apart. But that’s when the truth becomes clearest. Your soul is still there—shining.
You don’t need to spend years trying to figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it (like I did).
When you’re willing to show up and receive healing, the shifts can be fast, deep, and lasting. I know this, because I’ve lived it. And now, I help others do the same.
I believe that when we align with our true essence and purpose, we become catalysts for change—within ourselves and the world.

What Sessions Look Like
Every session starts with what you want to work on and the deeper energetic signature beneath it.
Maybe everything feels like it’s falling apart and you don’t know why. Maybe your gifts feel blocked. Maybe your energy just feels… off. You’re tired. Heavy. Disconnected. Or you’re ready to rise, but can’t seem to break through.
I read the root cause. I translate the energetic story—not to create an identity around it, but to show you what is asking to be released.
Then I channel what’s needed.
I don’t dictate the healing. I ask: What does this soul need?
With Source and my guides, I bring through the energy, insights, and frequencies that support you now.
Why This Work Is Different
Due to my past experiences with harmful spiritual mentors, I am exceptionally conscious of not positioning myself as your guru or savior. I am also extremely careful to maintain energetic hygiene so I can be a clear channel and a grounded guide for you.
I’ve done the work to heal myself, separate my journey from yours, and maintain a clean, sacred, energetic space—and I continue to do it every day. I invest in my own continued healing, work with mentors, and examine my shadow to stay in spiritual integrity for our work together.
I hold space for you to reclaim your power safely.
Not by bypassing your pain, or invoking outside deities or energies, but by honoring your soul.
