I had the pleasure of working and collaborating with Amy during her time at PPD. Regardless of the project we were tackling, Amy would bring creativity and collaboration with her which always elevated our goals and deliverables. She thinks strategically about learners and how best to support them, while also pushing boundaries of what can be accomplished to stay within scope, budget, and timelines. Amy is a critical thinker and a strong, supportive leader who goes above and beyond for her staff and her clients.

During my time working as the Director of Finance Innovation @ PPD I worked closely with Amy to develop training for a number of new tools (build and buy) that we rolled out to the organization. Amy has both a creative and approachable mindset to training. And she truly cares about the training products she puts her name on!
